How to delete your account

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to delete your account and associated personal data.

Via the Groowble app:

Open the Groowble app
Go to your profile
Navigate to Settings
Select “Delete my account”
Confirm the deletion

Can’t access the app anymore? If you can no longer log in or have uninstalled the app, send us an email at contact@groowble.com with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Data deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be erased:

Your user profile (name, email, phone)
Your login credentials
Your preferences and settings
Chores and rewards you created
Points history
Children profiles associated with your account
Links with co-parents

Processing time

Your account is deactivated immediately after your deletion request. In accordance with GDPR, your personal data is permanently anonymized within a maximum of 30 days.

Note: Some data may be retained in anonymized form for statistical purposes, but will no longer identify you.
