1. Introduction

Welcome to Groowble, a mobile application designed to help parents assign, track, and reward their children’s activities in a fun and educational way.

Growble is operated by PIXELKODEKRAFTER, a private limited company incorporated in Estonia, under Estonian and European Union law (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use Groowble.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.
  • Child profiles can only be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

You may sign in via email or supported third-party authentication providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Groowble only for personal, family, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, commercial, or advertising purposes.
  • Upload, share, or create any offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and trademarks within Groowble are the exclusive property of PIXELKODEKRAFTER or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial use.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Groowble may offer both free and premium features.

Pricing, billing, and subscription terms will be displayed within the App and governed by the terms of the respective app distribution platform.

Payments and renewals are handled directly by the app distribution platform through which the App was downloaded.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings, which will also delete your associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability.
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access.
  • Indirect or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically.

When changes occur, we will notify users within the App or via email.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
