Groowble has been rated 5* by the Educational app store. Their review of the app stated : “Many chore apps focus primarily on tracking responsibilities. Groowble goes further by building encouragement directly into the experience. Stickers, celebrations, and positive feedback help children associate good habits with positive outcomes rather than consequences.” Download the full report here.
Turn nagging into nurturing. Groowble helps you replace daily power struggles with positive reinforcement.
Small actions, big results. Whether it’s doing homework, tidying up, or limiting screens, Groowble helps kids learn self-discipline and responsibility, one point at a time. You can use it as a chore chart to track small, regular tasks and also to give your child larger one-off challenges.
Good behaviour becomes a game. With fun challenges and rewards, kids stay motivated and parents get to enjoy the process again.
The tasks, points and rewards can all be adapted according to the age and specific needs of your child.
Create missions and challenges for your children, choose the frequency and the amount of points to give and send them reminders in case they forget ! The tasks can be anything from the morning or evening routines, special challenge like cooking for the family or learning a new song to play on the piano.
Watch as your kids accomplish their tasks, earn points and unlock rewards all week long! With Groowble, you choose the tasks, set the rewards and adapt the system to suit their needs, age and passions.
Upon completion each task or challenge gives your child points. These points are accumulated and can be cashed in for previously agreed rewards such as sweets, extended bed time, extra screen time, an outing or whatever you and your little monsters agree to.

Yes. Groowble is free to download and use, with no limited-time trial and no credit card required. The free plan covers one child, with 4 chore or reward validations per week and weekly progress tracking. An optional premium subscription lifts those limits: multiple children, adding a co-parent, unlimited validations and monthly statistics. Pricing depends on your country and is shown on the App Store and Google Play.
Groowble works on iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. The app is available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
Groowble is designed for children aged 4 to 14. Younger children follow picture-based routines they can understand before they can read; older ones manage their own points and negotiate their rewards independently.
Yes. Groowble is built on a token economy, the positive-reinforcement method psychologists use to support executive function. Visual routines, tasks broken into short steps and immediate rewards help children with ADHD start a task and see it through.
No. Groowble does not monitor your child, block any apps or filter their browsing. It works the other way round: screen time becomes a reward your child earns and negotiates, instead of a restriction imposed on them.
You create screen time rewards, 30 minutes for example, and set how many points they cost. Your child completes their chores, earns points, then requests an exchange. You approve it, and the time is granted outside the app: Groowble never takes control of your child’s device.
Yes. Your child’s profile is created and managed by you from within the app. Groowble shows no advertising inside the app and does not sell any data to third parties. You can delete your account, and each child profile, at any time; the associated personal data is anonymised within 90 days.
Yes, as long as you reward the effort rather than obedience, and treat points as a temporary lever. Assign them to high-friction tasks, the ones that require real learning or cause repeated tension: getting dressed alone, putting things away after school, turning off screens without a meltdown. Your child sees their progress and earns rewards you define together, often non-material ones such as choosing dinner or a family outing. Then, once a task becomes automatic, remove it from the points list and replace it with a new responsibility. The goal is not to pay your child for what they should be doing, but to turn a chore into a habit before moving on to the next challenge.
Because a paper chart is forgotten within two weeks. Groowble adds up the points automatically, keeps the history, and makes the routine come alive for your child with icons and steps. On the parent side, everything sits in one place: no more stickers to count, and less mental load.

“My two boys loved the idea of earning points and always ask me what they can do to earn more points this week. They have started helping out a lot more at home !.”
